We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for a groundbreaking L1 protocol to drive and scale the product marketing function across inbound and outbound initiatives. This role is critical in shaping how core products and the broader ecosystem are positioned to developers, partners, enterprises, and end users.
The ideal candidate brings a strong Web2 product marketing background in SaaS, developer tools, or marketplaces, with demonstrated fluency in Web3, crypto, and AI. You’re strategic, hands-on, and comfortable navigating technical and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Ownership
- Own the full product marketing lifecycle: positioning, messaging, launch planning, and adoption strategies.
- Develop structured marketing briefs and strategic frameworks aligned with product milestones and business goals.
Inbound Product Partnership
- Be the voice of the ecosystem by translating user insights and market feedback into product recommendations.
- Deeply understand developer workflows and partner integrations to influence product development and UX design.
Go-To-Market Leadership
- Lead planning and execution for product launches and ecosystem announcements.
- Set clear launch goals, craft compelling narratives, and align cross-functional teams.
- Manage pre-launch and post-launch activities with a focus on measurable adoption outcomes (activation, engagement, retention).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the connective tissue across product, engineering, design, comms, growth, and business development teams.
- Drive transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
Ecosystem & Partner Enablement
- Support ecosystem projects, external developers, and partners with co-marketing strategies and go-to-market guidance.
- Create scalable toolkits and templates to empower ecosystem-led marketing efforts.
Messaging & Content Development
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Partner with brand and content teams to produce high-impact assets—one-pagers, blog posts, launch decks, FAQs, and more.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record across both inbound and outbound domains.
- Strong foundation in Web2 marketing (SaaS, dev tools, platforms, or marketplaces), with demonstrated fluency in Web3, crypto, and AI.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority and align stakeholders around shared goals.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills—capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to tie user needs and market trends to product GTM efforts.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and navigating ambiguity with clarity and drive.
